A nice weekend holiday for some sheiks.

Reader comment on item: Was the Gaza Reconstruction Conference a Fraud?

We all should know better than to expect anything to come of pledges of aid from Arab leaders. They fundamentally want Palestinians to fester in refugee camps. For 60 years now, there has been no hope for an Arab solution to their plight. They have yet to make good on any pledges to solve the Arab Palestinian refugee problem. If Palestinian refugees had been resettled the way Israel resolved Jewish refugees from Arab lands; hundreds of thousands of them, there would be no Arab - Israel conflict.
