Reader comment on item: Obama, "Respect" and Muslims

There can never be mutual respect with the Islamic world.
One need only read the published words of their leaders to understand this. How does one "respect" a culture that seek domination over all others? Death, Slavery or conversion. These are the "choices" they offer. All other "negotiations" are merely stalling tactics. The honorable Mr. Pipes has reported extensively on this.
Reporter and author Mr Klein has also done a stellar job reporting this fact.

The leaders of Muslim groups in the US openly professor the desire for Sharia law and an Islamic state in the US.
Freedom and representative government are not compatible with Islam or Islamic culture.
How can anyone respect a culture that promotes sexual relations with 9 year old girls and marriage as young as one year old? A culture that is so obsessed with sex and believes men so immoral as to unable to be around a woman without having sex that they murder any woman that is accused of being alone with any man not her husband? That forces women to cover from head to toe lest she provoke a man to rape her at the sight on an exposed calf muscle or a lock of hair?

How many times have honor murders in the US been reported because the daughters only wanted to be American girls not backward third world slaves.
Men in the Islamic world do not respect their own people or those who are not of the same Islamic sect. What makes President BO think they will ever respect him, who they see as an apostate having left Islam (though that is debatable since the "church" he joined hates America as much as Iran does)
