Then you reject the results of The Marshall Plan?

Given the success of The Marhall Plan, I believe the correct question should be "does the American voter have the patience, the stomach, for an encore in Iraq?" If President Bush is reelected and the home front remains strong, i.e. we maintain the will to win, then we may just pull off "Marshall II."
