I strongly admire and support Daniel Pipes work. In point of fact I have learned much from, and had yet to find myself in disagreement with, his expressed opinions and points of view.
Until now, that is.

I was surprised and discouraged to read that Mr. Pipes believes the reelection (or will it be a reselection) of President Bush is preferable to a John Kerry victory come November.

I am not an "Anybody-but-Bush" Democrat, but it is difficult to envision any scenario in which Dubya, or rather, the circle of advisors for whom he is the empty suit, is preferrable to Kerry as President.
Please, say it ain't so, Dan.
