Not allowed in Makkah

Reader comment on item: A Christian Caught in Mecca; What Fate Awaits Him?

Submitted by Ali (United States), Aug 21, 2008 at 17:36

It is very clear in Islam and was forbidden by the Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H) for any non-Muslim to enter Makkah or Madina. There is nothing secretive. But these are two Holy sites in the world that no Non-Muslim can enter. It is not hard to learn about Islam. Infact personally it is one of the most easiest and the most realistic religion to follow. Religion and State are not seperate in Saudi Arabia. Nor will ever be.

You as a non-muslim should respect that you are not invited there. Once you are a Muslim or a convert. Then consider Makkah or Madinah your home.
