I Do very much appreciate comment by Sohrab. Thank you.

In the political arena, no one, no nation, should trust any other individual or Nation's remarks.

We experienced many help of Americans toward many other countries, i.e. USA's help in both WWI & WWII
the result benefited Europeans, and Russian in the best part.

What they have been conducting against USA for last 60 years?

A brief look into the history tells you that there is no nation that can be trusted helping other nation in t his complex arena.

Any one relying in the politic of others, is dangerously idiotic.

No one nation we can locate in the western society that allows your meddling in their internal affairs why they allow themselves meddling in the other nation's internal affair is question that it may require another Wienna Convention to answer it..... thus this UN by itself is center of Bribery and Curruption.
