It seems to me that Israel, in order to make the desert bloom, had to wash the land with a lot of water. An ethereal parallel can be drawn. For when the blinders are gone, the Palestinian Authority is impotent when it comes to the poisoned land attributable to Arab Aryanism. This isn't only a governmental matter (the lesson being the Maccabean Revolt which resulted in the first Hannukah which was the first victory in the ancient world over the draconian tyrant's presumed right to regulate heart and realm) - so one has to look at all areas to prepare the ground for all having the power to hold rulers accountable (and not just those with more power).
