You have written a completely wrong post ... First of all, Jinnah NEVER advocated the genocide of anyone. He was a secular leader that wanted Pakistan to be a secular state. The partition happened because his propostion was rejected, where he wanted the rights of Muslims to be safeguarded.

England NEVER supported Pakistan, EVER.
