Does the Constitution mean anything these day?

The government does not have the power to throw our consitutional protections out and do what it pleases. If this guy is really a criminal he should be prosecuted, but in the normal fashion. I got this link from Horowitz's site, and although I agree a lot with Horowitz how would he like it if the government were doing this to Jews not Muslims?

Under no circumstances should an American citizen be held indefinitely and without access to council. That is a fascist thing to do, and wrong.
