After viewing your photograph and reading some background material I believe your Father was at one time my physician.

At the time I was the Chief of Police in Kimberly Wisconsin and he was practicing out of Appleton Wisconsin. I recall one incident, which I continue to relate today, when I was in hospital for a minor heart attack and contemplating surgery. I was on a very restrictive diet and being quite cranky I had made a rather sarcastic remark to the good Doctor. You need to understand that at that time he was quite robust and usually had a very large cigar with him. He very calmly looked over and quitely stated, "Well now, I don't seem to be the one with the heart problem"! Didn't leave much room to comment.

To this day I often think of him and his method of handling patients. He was a very professional and extremly knowledgeable individual whom I respected highly. Unfortunetly I don't think we have his caliber of phyisician in the area any longer.

I hope this finds he and his family in good health and enjoying all he worked so hard to accomplish.
