What do you call a "Fifth Column" in the 21st Century? The term "Fifth Column" was widely understood back in the days of WWII, but it is doubtful if 50% of the American population would have a clue as to the meaning today. Academic Jihad? NCAA Jihad? When universities are so careless in evaluating the credentials of the people they hire to educate our future generations, it is easy to see how these sly radicals can infiltrate our instituitions of higher learning. Maybe now that we have been bitten by the likes of these extremists, the college administrators will be a bit more critical in their hiring practices, that is, if their own liberal agendas don't cloud their judgments. It is a scary situation, isn't it?
