Is this not unsanitary? It is practically impossible to keep clean. Surely this has not been thought of for all these years because it is a good way to spread infection. There are just way too many pieces of fabric to clean. How can they get away with this! It is one thing to wear a face mask to prevent the spread of droplets, etc., but this is way over the top.
