SettlementsReader comment on item: Two Years of Intifada Submitted by Jack Caughran (United States), Oct 1, 2002 at 19:48 I am glad to see Fred Hauptman's post (October 1, 2002 at 17:38) that discusses the settlement issue. He says:"Those Jews (known as settlers) living in West Bank, Gaza or Golan have the same legal, historic and moral right (even though one day they may have to take on other than Israeli citizenship). Why is it so politically correct to call for their ethnic cleansing?" Is it really the case that settlers would stand for being citizens of a Palestinian state? Reasoned disagreement is welcome but not comments that are scurrilous, off-topic, commercial, disparaging religions, or otherwise inappropriate.
