You could have mentioned, in response to his ad hominem attacks, all the times Abunimah has called Hamas and Hizbollah "not terrorist groups" when Hamas and Hizbollah are considered terrorist groups by the US and the EU. He is neck deep in apologizing for terrorism, questioning Bin Laden's role in 9-11, calling Hizbollah "freedom fighter" (who murdered 200 American peacekeepers) , and lying about Arafat's record on terrorism.

In response to his saying you engaged in censorship, you should have mentioned a little spat in which Abuminah got Steven Emerson kicked off of NPR!

If Ad Hominems were to be allowed retroactively, why not prepare yourself next time you meet and if he bites, lay it on him.
