Converting people out of Islam will be a noble cause

Reader comment on item: Muslim "No-go Zones" in Europe?

Submitted by Prashant (United States), Dec 3, 2015 at 23:26

Dear Dr Pipes, The recent events around the world indicate that it will be a noble cause if jewish, buddist, Christian, hindus and athiestic religious leaders actively try to win converts out of Islam. Islamic world has failed to conduct its affairs with dignity, it has failed to protect its people, it has intentionally or uninentionally franchised the acts of violence against both Muslim and non-muslim people. Over and above everything else it has failed to provide a platform where peace can be proposed or negotiated. In fact, it appears that now no one is safe because some person who thinks that he is the custodian of the faith can conveneintly choose to kill innocent people. Never before since the beginning of civilization violence has been so righteously authorized to humans as it is authorized under certain Islamic instructions now. Perhaps it will not be a bad idea if all religious leaders actively try to bring Muslims out of Islam.
