Between Iraq and a hard place

This is another damned if you do, damned if you don't dilemma. If we aggressively profile and screen, we will violate the civil rights of enough people to drive the judicial system to curtail the activities of the police and border patrol. If we don't, we are wide open to infiltration by the Islamist warriors.
