Multi-front war on freedom

Reader comment on item: Islamism's Trajectory

Submitted by Kea Sherringham (United Kingdom), May 25, 2014 at 02:33

I don't think Islamism is evolving towards something less radical and ruthless. I think we're under siege on several fronts as the jihadis engage in a multi-pronged attack on freedom, democracy and the rule of law.

The homicide bombers are joined by their useful idiots on the left as they engage in litigation jihad, legislative jihad (hate speech laws, creeping Shari'a, etc.), and the compliant American administration.

Various groups have different tactics, but the same agenda: world domination by some form of Islam and Shari'a.

The only bright spot I can see in the whole thing is the Sunni-Shiite Islamist infighting.
