Mr. Pollard's problem is that first off, he was an employee of NSA; Secondly, he sold Tier 1 keys and logics to a foreign state. Those who prosecuted him did so in keeping with their oaths to protect the Constitution against ALL ENEMIES FOREIGN & DOMESTIC. If you have an understanding about the Nazi ENIGMA and the Japanese PURPLE CODE, then you must realize how crucial this technology can be, particularly in time of war. The Golf, Cheese & Chess Society (U.K.) broke ENIGMA. Churchill allowed the city of Coventry to be destroyed by German air attack so as not to reveal that this sophisticated cipher system had been compromised. It allowed Fieldmarshal Montgomery to win at El Alamein.

In the case of John Walker who was a Soviet KGB spy for Dept. 8, his work allowed the KGB to share intel with the North Vietnamese who laid out Triple-A alleys against sorties flown by Naval Air & USAF. The USS Pueblo was hijacked by the North Koreans not long afterwards.

In the case of Sharon Scarange, a Black woman from Dalgren, Virginia, she was a CIA comms support specialist assigned to the U.S. Embassy in Ghana. She met a KGB trained Ghanian intelligence officer posing as a business man. She gave him CMS material and was charged just like Mr. Pollard.

Of course America spies on Israel, as they spy on the rest of the world. It doesn't matter if its CIA, MI-6, SVR, BND, MSS/L-7, DNI, DGI, ASIS, NIA, CNI, SID, GIP, NICA, ISI, NSM, or the Israeli Mossad. EVERYBODY IS INVOLVED IN ESPIONAGE. Mr. Pollard just got caught. Plain and simple. And he will most likely die in prison just like John Walker and Sharon Scarange.

If you play this game, you will more than likely suffer its dire consequences, whoever you are.
