Hold your horses. I disagree with Dr. Pipes. I am a fan of Chris Christie. I do not want to see the Republican Party lose over Sharia Law by not picking Christie. Sharia is not that relatively important an issue or he wouldn't be the most popular pick to date. There are many other issues and all candidates have weaknesses. As such, I do not mind Christie getting picked for VP.
