Overall, poignant piece

Reader comment on item: Chris Christie's Islam Problem

Submitted by Bruce Birnberg (United States), May 1, 2012 at 11:13

Dear Dr. Pipes,

Overall this is an excellent piece that will allow New Jersey folk to press Governor C on his poor track record on this issue. Thank you.

However, comparing Governor C with Joe Lieberman was troubling. I re-read your August 2000 piece on that subject and must conclude that the case against Mr. Lieberman is much, much weaker than the case against Governor C. I'm not sure the comparison is fair to Mr. Lieberman.

Best,
Bruce Birnberg
