The other side has to do with "goal setting." Setting a time certain for the accomplishment of goals is the core of setting goals. Now one can change the date when it becomes obvious that it is not possible to achieve at the set date. However, it has to be clear that the postponement is simply that and not a cop out. With our increasisngly terrorist sympathizer press, this is not easy. Perception is reality.
