If you balance it all up - USA has killed a whole lot more people than actually saved.

As opposed to "Right" Bill Clinton was a "Leftie". I wonder why USA does not support an independent Kosovo? I mean after all

USA did have interests at Kosovo. Russia. The same reason they helped Mujahideen of Afghanistan. To stop Russia.
