Al Jazeera Comes to India

Two minutes before the news of the Iraqi terrorists' release of 3 Indian truckers was flashed on the Times of India, came the breaking news item about Al Jazeera Hindi channel coming to India!

With a strong policy of control over TV broadcasting rights, and a ban on Pakistan's official channel, PTV, was this a not-so-subtle trade off for release of hostages? And that too, at a time when India is just a few steps away from a jihadi civil war with a weak government in office tied to the apron strings of the CIA-Vatican-Mafia patsy?
