I Thess 5:1-3: "for when the say peace and safety" then will sudden destruction come. All the signs point to a peace agreement potentially involving a two state solution between Israel and the Palestinians. That will be one of the precursors for the return of He who will restore righteousness and establish His everlasting kingdom. Pray for the Lord's protection for Israel and for the protection of all of us who trust in Jesus ALONE for our salvation for the time is drawing near. There is a reason the history of the world has revolved around that little nation in the Middle East. As Israel's enemies gather round it and even our foolish President is throwing it under the bus, put your faith and trust in Christ before time runs out. Only He can save you! You can't save yourself! It is at once scary yet exciting as we see events unfold.
