Hamas in Florida Classroom

Reader comment on item: Hamas in Florida Classroom

I read this piece with growing incredulity as I personally know Frank Brogan the President of FAU. He was the former Lt Govenor of Florida under Jeb Bush before he took this position at FUA about a year ago. Before that he was the Secretary of Education for Florida and before that he was the Superintendant of Education in Martin County Florida. Before all this he was a classroom teacher in schools in Martin County. I have known him throughout his career. I first met him when he was in his first year teaching at the elementary school that my kids attended. I have all this time thought him to be a good guy and liked him and voted for him everytime he was up for election.

So I am really puzzled as to why these things are now happening at FAU. Has he been contacted since your first article was published? Has he seen all this evidence? I cannot believe that he has seen all this evidence and is still not doing anything about it. Shocked is more the word for how I feel about this.

I have not heard from Mr. Brogan.
