European Anti-SemitismReader comment on item: Locus of Euro-hate Submitted by Ed Remler (United States), Dec 10, 2003 at 00:16 Your statement on muslim anti-semitism in Europe seems to imply that the European refusal to deal with it, or even face it, is not, in itself, motivated by anti-semitism. If Europe had not perpetrated the holocaust, I might might have bought that. But given that it did, and the sensitivity that would create to Jewish questions in even the most morally obtuse person, I cannot but conclude that the non-reaction of Europeans is due to more than simple fear--or whatever cause you may wish to come up with for their inaction--of muslims.Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes.
