France's response?

I wonder if this study helped push France into instituting harsher punishment for those who perform violent actions against French Jews and Jewish institutions. Then, again, maybe it's Israel's efforts, as well. Whatever helps! It would be nice to see that Italy, Belgium, and Germany will follow suit.
