However, it appears to be a compilation of what was said in Australia and a mix of 9/11 aftermath comments by people such as Charlie Daniels. Australia, to my knowledge, always claims to be "secular" and I've yet to hear their leaders say they were founded on Christian principals. That doesn't mean they've never said it, I've just never heard it. With that in mind, I've had the latter part of your document show up in my email box a couple of times which is why I recognized it as such. If you read it closely, you'll see someone took that article and adapted it to make it read as though it was all said by Australia.
