Ten Point Plan to Eliminate Islamic Terrorism and Establish a Pluralistic and Tolerant International Planetary Society

1. All United Nations Facilities located in Non-Islamic nations will be temporarily taken over by the military force of each nation hosting those facilities. All U.N. representatives from Islamic Nations will be excoriated from the international body and deported back to their nations.
2. The United Nations will then be reorganized into the Confederation of Democratic and Socialist Nation States (C.D.S.N.S.).
3. Non-Islamic states would declare that Islam in its current form is incompatible with a pluralistic and tolerant international planetary society and therefore and illegal religion in the world community of democratic and socialist states. Mosques will be closed and Muslims living in non-Islamic states will be required to renounce Islam or face imprisonment or deportation to their Islamic state of origin.
4. All Military forces originating from non-Islamic states currently operating in Islamic Nations will be redeployed to C.D.S.N.S. nations bordering Islamic states.
5. Islamic states will then be warned to eradicate terrorist organizations or face horrific repercussions.
6. Any acts of aggression by terrorist organizations or Islamic States will be responded to with weapons of mass destruction delivered by Military Air Forces or Ballistic Missiles. Military Bases as well as major urban centers will be leveled by the superior weaponry welded by C.D.S.N.S. nations in response to aggression. Acts of national aggression will include any increase in military arsenals, testing of military ordinance, or political speech designed to incite and violence toward non-Islamic states or their citizens. Acts of terrorist aggression will include any violent acts committed outside the borders of Islamic states.
7. Islamic Nations will be given fifty years to establish democratic or socialist governmental systems and societies proven to be peaceful, allow freedom of thought and religion. Sharia Law will not be allowed and those states will formally recognize themselves as a democratic or socialist state and not as an Islamic state. Compliance will include severing all relations with non-compliant states.
8. After fifty years any non-compliant states will be viewed as committing a long term act of aggression and will be dealt accordingly. Islam will be considered and illegal religion in those states by the international community. Should such nations manage to survive under these conditions they will be isolated from the rest of the world. The citizens of those nations will be left to suffer their fate without concern from the free world.
9. After fifty years any compliant nation will be allowed to practice the form of Islam that is able to survive under these conditions.
10. After one hundred years any Muslim citizens from compliant nations will be allowed to migrate into C.D.S.N.S. nations. Deliberations may begin to consider allowing compliant democratic or socialist nations of Islamic origin into the C.D.S.N.S.
