A big thank you to mark preston for his scintillating comments on the Pipes event. I did wonder though, and I hope this doesn't make me a ninnyhammer, a rinnocerous, or a crankinapitus, if m. preston could have carried on with his description of this ageing-dyed-blonde protestor, and at least let us know what she was wearing. If she was dressed, for example, in white pumps with a black t-shirt, such gaucherie should certainly have been noted as well.
