Will you be suing?

In your article you state: "The York University Faculty Association, a powerful and authoritative voice, issued a formal statement out of the blue accusing me of being "committed to a racist agenda and a methodology of intimidation and harassment." "

That sounds like libel to me. It is certainly deformation of character, and clearly intended to interfere with your right earn a living by devaluing your output to affect your sales.

Let them defend their accusations in court.
