If Anti-CAIR's charges are true

Reader comment on item: CAIR Backs Down from Anti-CAIR

Dear Dr. Pipes:

You make a rather compelling statement that CAIR was unwilling to open up their records in order to press their suit against Anti-CAIR. If Anti-CAIR's charges have any ring of truth, why isn't our government's counter-terrorism agencies investigating CAIR?

I would like to think that our government's counter-terrorism agencies are doing all they can to protect America from terrorists. Certainly, these law-enforcement agencies can get the necessary warrants and subpoenas to establish CAIR's links to terrorists.

Why is this not proceeding to the next step?
