The media-'friendly version' has not been prepared by the United States. We must once and for all realize how powerful forces are in the U.S. Government. They learned their lessons very well from the last Administration. It's all about proper 'spinning' and 'management'. It is real simple: the information in this report probably did not come out to match the U.S. view of the situation. But, then again, they are not sitting on ground zero.
