Once more Europeans show their true colors

Reader comment on item: Israel, U.N. Favorite

Re: UN "likes" the Israelis.

There is and always has been a total disregard for Israel. Whether it is because the Europeans "suck up" to the Arabs because of oil or because of the long standing and, indeed, embedded anti Jewish traditions of Europe, is irrelevant.

Germany did not manage, fortunately, to murder all of the Jews in Europe. It seems, therefore, that the Europeans are hoping that the Arabs will finish the "job" for them. Thus they can pretend that Jewish blood does not stain their hands while they wring them in pseudo anguish over their desired, and hoped for, destruction of Israel.

Is it because as long as one Jew lives there is a witness to the centuries of European persecution? Or is it because anti-Jewish attitudes are so firmly embedded in European identity that to lose their prejudices is to lose their identities?

The UN is a disgusting pack of totalitarian embracing hypocrites who are incapable of doing the right thing because it is the right thing. Honor is something that no longer has a place among the delegates.

When the attack on Israel comes, and it will come, Europe will blame Israel. I believe that the US will stand with the Israelis. Regardless, the Israelis will NOT go quietly into the night. They will take as many with them as they can and it will be world war three or the apocalypse, and possibly both.

There is no honor in Europe. I hope there is still honor in America. Though I am beginning to doubt it with the increasing anti Israeli rhetoric among the "intelligentsia."
