If every Muslim is authorized to kill, how would IDF know who is not a soldier?

Dear Dr Pipes, Islamic authorization to kill the infidels extends to all believers/muslims (read Q5-33, Q8-12, and Q9-5), at all times, and all places. Given this how can IDF know who is a soldier and who is not. By definition, IDF cannot kill a civilian. Whether IDF kills you or not, you are a soldier. Ain't it true?

The same ought to be true for Indian army in Kashmir, Nigerian army in Nigeria, and Russian army in Chechnya.

Moral of the story. Muslims should learn to raise uniformed armies fighting under well defined commands so civilians do not die. Q9-5 needs to be severely reduced in scope.
