Apply Negotiating an Israeli Victory Here in Hope to Avoid the Approaching Islamic Catastrophe

Reader comment on item: Israel Victory Can Solve the Palestinian Issue

Submitted by M Tovey (United States), Aug 16, 2022 at 15:15

It becoming eminently apparent that the 'Palestinian'- Israeli 'issue' is one that many have taken a distanced approach to for reasons of no one really knowing how to keep the tensions abated or from escalating beyond any rational argument and exploding into a global conflagration nobody will be able to stop short of World War Three. Who (besides the al-Madhi expectant Iranian Islamic Regime) wants to be responsible for that? As this article alludes to, not too many.
As Dr. Pipes appears to further allude to, even though the 'Palestinian' issue has a global audience, the importance of settling the 'settler' issues as well as all the other allegations of 'occupied territories' that have plagued the Israel return to its promised homeland has been supplanted by a more modern sense of tolerating the nation of Israel and other nations in the Middle East not wanting to engage in any dramatic causes and effects that would disrupt their own 'status quo'.
That the Iranian Islamic Regime's efforts are expressed in proxy fighting bring about the question that is answered in the Arab nations' anxieties that forces them to align with Israel for defense sake; but still no more expressions for the 'Palestinian' plight that would jeopardize any sense of self preservation. Giving the 'Palestinian' cause a sense of being able to 'take over' some part of Israel does not lend to the stability many see as a potential 'peace plan,' and the 46th American Administrative Chief Executive's recent fumbling of missing out on any objective of peace does not lend to the creditability of the 'Palestinian' cause.
On the other hand, Dr. Pipes' premise of an Israeli victory is more easily seen as the means by which peace is achieved when the "Palestinian' cause is absorbed by acceding to Israel's predominant rights to their reborn nation; and the short cut taken to the destiny that each of the sides are assured their part in the future peace that is promised to both the children of Abraham, Ismael and Isaac, just as it is written in the Jewish Torah narrative.
