Reader comment on item: Trump No Longer Wants to Ban Muslims

Submitted by Albert E. (United States), Jun 22, 2022 at 14:02

There never was a plan to ban all Muslims forever. Merely a three month ban on persons coming into the US from six nations. Until things were sorted out. Sorted out as being able to distinguish a real passport from one printed by the Islamic State for their operatives trying to enter the USA to commit mischief. ISIL had captured intact from the Syrian the machines, paper and ink to make perfect passports. No method existed to sort the real from the fake when Don made his announcement.
