Reader comment on item: Do Europe's Nations Have National Characters?

Submitted by David Ryan (United States), Feb 1, 2022 at 18:03

Boris Johnson is quite a British national character.
And, oh, is Angela Merkel ever a German national character!
Emmanuel Macron could not be more of a French national character if he donned a de Gaulle hat.
All worthy successors to Benny Hill, Karl Valentin and Gad Emaleh who has moved to New York.
