Concern That Egypt Does not Share the Positive Aspects of the Accords

Reader comment on item: The Egypt-Israel "Peace" Treaty: Updates

Submitted by M Tovey (United States), Feb 2, 2021 at 17:36

While, by this observation, it is highly unlikely Egypt would ever voluntarily engage, either by sympathetic compassion(?) towards the self-imposed 'Palestinian' plight of intolerant governance or by the Hamas or the PA festering in anti-Semitic hostilities on its northern border, it is significant that the Arabic roots and aligned allegiances of Egypt's dominant population would not sympathize with the more tribal connection of Arabic descent than those who would just as quickly set Egypt at odds with Israel in proxy sacrifice.
How peculiar, is it not?
