Turkish Mediterranean cooperation with Russian 'naval' exercises while Turkish explorations of undersea fossil fuel resources in open territorial waters; what are the responsible questions from NATO going to look like now? The Hebrew Holy Writ has already made this circumstance, and the answer, known.
