Why the Fear is So Easily Spread More Than the Virus

Though we have read here from the beginning that the 'Chinese' (President Trump's naming convention early on) virus was suspiciously thought to be intentionally released with complete disregard for a general care of humanity, enough time has passed with observations demonstrating that the science all the experts are prognosticating about does not yet have a consensus on the general make up, nor the variants of the disease, which may or may not be the formation of the 'second wave' that so many are hiding behind their masks of fear. This begs the question: who really has control of all the ramifications that civil society is facing as the populations are told to hide for fear that anybody could be next; even as the science cannot tell who is or is not a victim of the underlying madness.

Now some have insinuated that Divine intervention is involved here, that the pestilence of the pandemic is somehow a signaling of something impending; however the Biblical evidence does not provide such a narrative, only saying that in times past, there were epidemics/pandemics caused for specific applications of the rule of the Almighty in the affairs of men. Is that the case here? Whether a real reason or not, the conspiracy theorists do not need facts to spread their cause of fears; blaming God is the easy demonic default of causes of action.

So, what is the response to be had here: what do we fear the most?

The pandemic preys upon all aspects of the human condition; whether designed in a lab or a testing regime gone bad, the insidious nature of how humanity is unable to handle this any more than any other threat (cancer, cardio-vascular, influenza, homicide) to its existence becomes the real threat to a continued expectation of a safe society.

That's what is in the background of all of this; some personality(ies) with a totalitarian bent is spreading the fear so that they can say they can control it and thereby control the fears of humanity. If this seems silly, then why were the modern regimes of the last hundred years able to do just exactly that. And who is on that threshold today?
