"US Jerusalem consulate merger draws Palestinian anger" - ALJAZEERA

Reader comment on item: Why Israelis Shy from Victory

Submitted by Robert (United States), Oct 18, 2018 at 19:22

Dear Daniel Pipes,

I'm looking to see at what point we will reach "critical Mass" and get you to praise President Trump as the "General" who's effectively accomplish "Israel's Victory"?

The article (below) just published by ALJAZEERA effectively denies "Palestine" its status as a "State" under our United States Foreign Policy; the "move" from the Consulate to the Embassy regarding the Rights of Palestinians is a particularly harsh "slap in the face" of Mamoud Abbas!

Can I finally provoke you to say an explicitly very nice thing about our United States President Donald Trump?

Daniel Pipes replies:

I am a whole-hearted fan of his leaving the Iran deal. The Israel-related policies I am watching and waiting to see. I expect a heavy price for them.
