cannot read the article about Venezuela!

Reader comment on item: Venezuela's Tyranny of Bad Ideas

Submitted by Roberto Mancin (United States), Aug 26, 2018 at 23:56

Dear Mr. Pipes:
I have been subscribing to your list since I arrive into the US. As soon as I saw the Subject of the email, I immediately opened it to read your always interesting, well researched and wise comments. My surprise came when I was redirected to the Wall Street journal which requires me to be a subscriber to be able to read the whole article... I am a Venezuelan who, very early in the game, emigrated with my family into the USA in 2001 because I knew what was coming. After 14 years, in 2015 I became a US citizen and even though I am obviously interested in the events that happen in the USA, my heart and actually my business are still in Venezuela. I would have very much enjoyed reading your article. It is unfortunate I am not allowed to read it just because I don't subscribe to the WSJ.
At any rate, thanks for your thoughts.
Regards,
