"Instead, (of the previous and current policy) Israel needs to confront and undermine Palestinian rejectionism."

That's it! Mr. Pipes' other alternative options for dealing with the issue seems to me to be more futile than combatting Pal-Arab rejectionism. -- But it has to be done on a wide scale including morality, sensibility, historical (won the war), and not the least the Israeli determination to go for victory.
