Hey, Moh!

I'm glad to see your post... I waz starting to wonder if everything's OK.

I think the last time we talked, I hadn't made up my mind about whom to vote for in our upcoming Presidential election. I've opted for Donald Trump, giving me a 50:50 chance of being a sexist, xenophobic, islamophobic basket of "deplorables". Coming from her, I suppose I ought to take it as an honor (knowing that she doesn't know how to tell the truth).

I miss our discussions and speculations about the cosmos, etc. Most of my friends here are practical sorts, interested in things like picking peaches, mowing lawns and making a living -- not much time for contemplating the Big Bang.

As for the Middle East and the Islamic World, it's hard to get awfully excited at the moment. To be sure, there are lots of EVENTS happening -- a car bomb here, a beheading there -- but that stuff loses its savor after a while. If I lived in ancient Rome, I seriously doubt that I would have gone to the circuses to see people getting killed. My wife and I don't even watch television anymore -- just occasional videos of old British comedies.

I wish Imtiaz all the best -- and you too.

Life beckons... gotta go. Shalom shalom, good buddy.
