India and the Hindu genocide

It is an old fraudulent argument by Indian and Pakistani Muslims when confronted with the fact that 80 million Hindus were murdered enslaved and raped by the Muslim invaders of India and it goes as follows if this is true then how come we still have Hindus in India

My question is why did Muslims invade India in the first place?
