Didn't Moshe Dayan say, around the time of the 6 day war, " too late for some things, and too early for other things"?

I raise this because it looks like Bibi is in the middle of transitioning from the UN to other networks to accomplish what Israel can't do on its own, or with current bilateral relations, that are good, with other nations.

I know it's speculation, but when Danon says, "I've tried", and the results are less than hoped for; the last door will be closed to Israel using the UN for anything.
