"Lone wolves"? Islam is still an organized crime - it's simply organized by their crime-manual, the Qur'an.

The Qur'an motivates all muslims to jihad - they don't have to wait for instructions from a central authority.

Pretending it matters if "al Quaeda" or "ISILam" was involved with planinng of any given jihad attacks from the beginning, is as ludicrous as pretending that, if a crime wasn't "organized" by the Mafia, then it didn't occur AT ALL!
