Whoever made the poster might be in the West

You don't get this level of graphic design in the Muslim world. Whoever did this studied graphic design in the West and is good enough to earn a living doing just that. He or she might still be in the West, working for a regular media firm and then producing this at home.

Pity we don't (and wouldn't) get information from the NSA (et al) about whether they scan emails for images as well as texts, specifically for images such as this one.
