Reader comment on item: Chris Christie and the "Occupied Territories" Incident

To me, this is a question of nomenclature. Are Judea and Samaria not occupied territories, in that they are not considered an integrated part of the Jewish state and yet they are ultimately under the political and military control of the Jewish state? Is that not the definition of an occupied territory? I say this not because I do not support Israel, but because we should not fail to acknowledge an accurate definition simply because we do not like it very much.
